"Pretty easy to get through"
The application process was simple enough and didn’t take too long. A couple of the filters were a little clunky to use, but overall I was able to get everything sent without much hassle. It was easier than..

"Easy enough, just a little clunky"
WayUp wasn’t hard to figure out or nothing. I found a few jobs quickly, and the layout is simple enough that I wasn’t lost trying to use it.
That said, the filters don’t always act right, and some pages loaded kinda slow for me. A few listings also felt like they might’ve been sitting there a while. It works fine overall, but it could definitely use some cleanup.

"Helpful once they replied, but I’m tired of chasing support"
I had an issue with my WayUp account and reached out to support. To be fair, they did get back to me and the person was polite, but it took a couple days and I had to follow up before anything really moved. The answer did fix the problem in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I’m just kind of worn out from having to wait and nudge customer service these days. Faster replies would make a big difference.

"Employer replies can be a bit hit or miss"
WayUp has been okay for me overall, but the employer responses feel inconsistent. A few got back to me quickly, while others never replied at all. I can’t really tell if that means my applications weren’t seen or if the employers just didn’t follow up, so I don’t want to assume too much. It’s not a bad platform, just a little unpredictable.

"Helpful updates, not email crazy"
Wayup has been good for keeping me updated and stuff. I get emails when there is actually something useful, not constantly like some sites do. It’s easy enough to keep track of what’s going on, and I don’t feel like my inbox is getting attacked, which I really appreciate.

"Pretty solid job matches"
I’d recommend WayUp if you’re looking for jobs that actually line up with your major and where you live. Not every posting was a perfect fit, but I got way fewer random results compared to other job sites, which made searching a lot less annoying
